1.Free training service
Positively cooperate with the purchaser to finish the connection of systems, provider free training to the related person of the purchaser, enable the purchaser's personnel to manage, maintain, test, and troubleshoot independently, so that the provided equipment can be operated normally and safely.
2.7 x 24 hours free phone, fax or Internet support
Any application technical questions about the product, the purchaser and POS users can call at any time, fax or through the network to contact the nearest company service network, the company's service network professional and technical personnel to provide product consulting services for the purchaser, and answer all operational problems.
3.Free emergency on-site service
In order to ensure the rights and interests of customers, as well as a deeper understanding of product problems, when necessary.
The company's service network can arrange technical support engineers to rush to the location of the purchaser or relevant users for on-site free maintenance or repair.
4.Free hardware maintenance and warranty
There are sufficient spare parts and accessories in various service outlets to provide services to the purchaser in a timely manner. When the purchaser's products are damaged, the company's service network will provide timely maintenance of parts, during the warranty period, if the product itself is caused by the material, design and production of our products, the company is responsible for free maintenance, if it is caused by the use of users or other human reasons, the company only charges the cost of spare parts, free of support maintenance fees.
5.Free regular inspection
The company promises to send technical support personnel with rich professional experience to regularly carry out on-site inspection, and at the same time do a good job in the on-site inspection report, and at the end of each year, the on-site inspection report will be summarized and sorted out after the customer, in order to prepare customers for the evaluation of our company's service level.

7.Free standard change technical service
During the free maintenance period, if the EDC/POS built-in application needs to be modified, adjusted or tested due to the revision of merchant card acceptance terminal (EDC/POS) standards and specifications by international credit card organizations, international banks and customers or other EDC/POS related system upgrades and changes, Provide free technical services for the machines sold by our company (including built-in application replacement, upgrade, etc.).
8.Free EMV migration technical support and services
For EMV migration requirements, free technical support and services are provided (including free POSC support for EMV standards, etc.).
9.Free product software upgrade service
For the application software of the product, whenever the version is upgraded, the company will notify customers in time and provide customers with version upgrade services free of charge.
10.Provide free daily maintenance related materials
Users can obtain information about product operation, product knowledge, maintenance manuals, maintenance experience and other aspects within the permissions opened by the Company, and the Company is responsible for updating the information regularly.
11.Post-warranty service plan
After the warranty period, the company promises to provide customers with technical support and after-sales service as always, and the service plan and content include all the services during the warranty period. After the warranty period, the company only charges the material cost of the parts.
